Spaces at The Village For Arts and Humanities

2014 : I was chosen as one of the artists in residence at Philadelphia's internationally known Village For Arts and Humanities. The Village is a safe space for young people in the north Philadelphia community, to express themselves fully with artistic focus.
The selected group of talented youth and I created a pop up studio for recording, an album using the studio and a label, Playback Musik, for releasing their own music and music of the community. We also had a short run podcast show.
The studio now acts as outreach for the community by allowing studio time for those who do community work within the Village grounds.
